Return Policy
At Axentra Logistic, we are committed to delivering reliable logistics services. While we do not sell physical products directly, certain transactions may involve the return of goods or requests for refunds due to service-related issues. This policy outlines our guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns apply only if Axentra Logistic has arranged the delivery of goods on behalf of a client and there is a service-related error (e.g., incorrect shipment, damaged goods during transit, or failure to deliver).
Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Services
Perishable, hazardous, or restricted items cannot be returned.
Logistics service fees, customs duties, or taxes already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team at info@Axentra Logistic.com with your shipment details, tracking number, and reason for return.
We will review your claim and request supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage, delivery proof).
If approved, we will arrange for the return shipment or alternative resolution.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the shipment is affected.
5. Exceptions
Axentra Logistic is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs clearance issues.
